We ship to all locations in North America and Europe. For an additional fee, we offer express shipping to certain locations, with delivery arriving the next day. We also ship to Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Longer delivery times are to be expected in December and June. Express shipping is available for orders over €100 for an additional fee.

We track all shipments leaving our shop. If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery time, please inform us so we can locate your shipment. If delivery is not possible within 24 hours, we will refund your shipping costs.

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately and we will refund the full purchase price.

Return shipping is free if you use our return label. Repack the item, affix the label to the package, and send it back to us.

To receive a refund, gifts must be returned along with the receipt. As with other returns, you will receive a voucher for the purchase price. Please note that gifts can be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
